

Half a day surrounded by the Great Beauty of the Eternal city on a slow-paced walk in the center of Rome and a chance to learn how this part was never abandoned, even after the fall of the Empire, thanks to water and to the ever-working Virgin Aqueduct!
Our walk will start at the elegant Spanish Steps by Bernini’s Barcaccia Fountain and we will continue to the most famous waterplay in the world, the Trevi Fountain and its iconic statues. The Italian Parliament and the former Temple of Hadrian will be followed by the outside view of best preserved ancient roman temple, the Pantheon, with its largest unreinforced dome in the world. Piazza Navona recalls ancient roman competitions in its unique shape and expect more hidden treasures along the way that only an expert local guide can show, to keep learning about Italian history and traditions.
